• What payment methods are available?

  You can pay by bank transfer, PostePay and peer-to-peer payment systems.

• Is there a physical location where I can see and smell the products in person?

  Yes, by appointment in Florence at Villa il Palagetto in Via Poccetti, 12. I also take part in dedicated markets and private events whenever possible. Announcements about participation will be provided on the website. Please fill out this form to stay up to date on upcoming events.

• Do you make customized products?

  Yes, absolutely, that is my strong point. Send me your request with a detailed description of your ideas for the product.

Orders & Shipping

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  Shipping times depend on the destination; shipping within Italy will take 3 days on average.

• Do you ship abroad?

  Yes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Can I change my mind about the type of product ordered?

  Being custom-made products, I can only accept changes up to 2 working days after the order is confirmed.

• Can you help me choose a personalized gift?

  Absolutely! Send me your request by filling out the form. The more details you provide, the better able I will be to help you.

• Do you have ready-made products?

  I make all products by hand, and therefore do not have a production line, however some items may be in stock from previous creation processes.

• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE EACH CREATION?

  It depends on the product complexity, the quantity and the degree of detail required, but generally they are created quickly.
